THE ARTISTS
Ty Foreman (they/them/Ty) is an artist and animator with a proclivity for the grotesque, born and raised in Norfolk Virginia. Ty’s work explores their feverish fascination with the natural, the supernal, and death. Their brand of dark humor and uncomfortable sincerity are the vehicles through which they explore these fascinations.
Lillie J. Harris (they/she) is a cartoonist and arts educator from Southern MD. Tension and empathy are notable themes throughout Lillie’s artwork, as well as death awareness, horror, and not punching down.
Odera Igbokwe (they/them) is a painter, illustrator, and movement artist whose artwork explores Afro-diasporic spiritualism, Black mythophoria, and redefining the archetypal hero’s journey. Their artwork weaves together ancestral technologies, the Black Queer Imagination, and Afrofuturist visions to explore present day embodiment.

Chris Kindred (they/them) is an artist, writer and DJ based in Brooklyn by way of the 757, Virginia. Kindred’s multidisciplinary storytelling keeps a tight focus on people living in the cracks of empire and in the shadows of imagined futures.
Olivia Duke Stephens (he/him) is a graphic novelist, illustrator, and writer from the Pacific Northwest. His comics often utilize supernatural elements to explore grief, rage, and profound tenderness. Duke enjoys listening to torch songs and observing tree trunks.
Shannon Wright (she/they) is an illustrator, cartoonist and daydreamer. Currently based in Richmond, VA, Wright's work is focused on capturing humanity in its most mundane and explores the love, wonder, frustration and grief we carry day to day.
